I have been quite busy researching and writing and preparing papers for presentation at professional conferences. This resulted in neglecting the substack. I am sharing some of that work with my substack audience. I hope you find it interesting.
I am presenting the AI and Consciousness paper to the Society for the Anthropology of Consciousness annual meeting at the end of March. This gets back to research that I was doing for my Ph.D.—effort that was put aside so I could teach software development. It is great to be getting back to my first love.
The liminal society article posted earlier is a project that I am working on with two different groups—still in very early stages (still liminal I guess). The Rethinking article is a summary of the book that I am writing and was put together as a discussion basis for those group conversations. It is basically still a draft.
Later this week I plan to post a second article to be used in those groups, this one focusing on enhancing and augmenting human intelligence.
